Visit our Annex for Pantry Choice & Fresh Food Farmacy services!

Our Henry Street Annex includes our Pantry Choice, a shopping experience where individuals can choose food, as well as our Fresh Food Farmacy for food-insecure individuals with A1C levels greater than 8.0.
